Personal training

Our personal training is a highly customized, result-oriented and exclusive offering. Our Yoga Teachers analyze your health problems, stress levels, and design a specific program especially for you. Progress is monitored and results checked every month. Classes are 1 hour each and are done 3 times a week on alternate days, either at your residence or our studio. Timing is totally depending on your convenience.

Weight Loss Program

We offer a customized program/ personalized session as a 3 months package which may be extend to weeks or months differ from person to person. Our aim is to address the root cause of weight gain and give a long term solution. Signing up for our Holistic Weight Loss program means that you commit to attending 5 classes in a week and you will also keep yourself committed to the diet plan we prepare for you.

Kids Yoga

The Kids Yoga classes that we conduct are a mix of serious Yoga practices and fun, motivational Story-telling. In one segment of the class, Children hold the animal-inspired Asana poses whilst we take them through one of value oriented story where they can learn values together. Pranayam practices help Children de-stress and relax since they are being subjected to an increasingly competitive environment at school.

Prenatal yoga

Pregnancy is one of the most cherished times in a woman’s life. moms have to deal with physical and emotional changes and at the same time develop a deeper connection with the new life inside. These classes focus more on gentle stretches and flows with equal emphasis on deep relaxation and deep breathing with the help of props. Classes are modified based on your individual needs and to guide you through the different stages of your pregnancy. Women from their 13th or 14th week of pregnancy can consult us for pre-natal classes.
